How to Choose Your Size
Choosing your planner size isn’t about picking the “best” one.
It’s about choosing the one that fits how you live.
All three sizes use the same system.
The only difference is how much space you want — and how you carry it.

Medium (5″ x 7″ insert when closed)
The everyday favorite.
Compact. Portable. Easy to carry in a bag without thinking twice.
Medium is perfect if:
• You like a planner that feels light
• You don’t want it taking over your desk
• You prefer concise layouts
• You move between home, work, and errands
It’s structured without feeling bulky.
It’s the size many people reach for when they want balance.
Best for: daily planning, structured weeks, minimal carry.

Large (5.25″ x 8″ insert)
The in-between option.
A little more room than Medium, but still portable.
Large is ideal if:
• You want extra writing space
• You tend to write more details
• You want something slightly roomier without going big
It feels familiar — similar to many traditional planner sizes.
Best for: detailed weekly layouts, layered planning.

XL (7″ x 9.75″ insert)
The space-to-breathe favorite.
XL gives you room. Room to write. Room to spread out. Room to think.
XL is perfect if:
• You like seeing everything at once
• You write large or add decorative layers
• You use your planner heavily for work
• You don’t mind a larger footprint
It feels expansive — especially for weekly layouts and journaling spreads.
Best for: big schedules, creative planning, work + life in one place.
