SHOPPING QUESTIONS

Can I shop without a Brand Ambassador?
Yes, you can! When orders are placed on the corporate site, you are placing an order without a brand ambassador. We do credit these orders to one of our fabulous Brand Ambassadors and he or she may contact you when your order ships, but you can simply tell him or her that you don’t need any assistance. In our training we are very specific about respecting your wishes.

Where do you ship?
At this time, we are only permitted to sell in the United States and to APO/AFO that are considered US. We hope to be able to expand to Canada in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

How much is shipping?
Pricing is based on weight and location. Methods: First Class, Priority, UPS Ground – Please note that First Class is only valid under 1 pound so anything over 1 pound defaults the rate to $100 just so you don’t choose that option.

How long does it take to ship?

Order shipping is done within 6 business days of order. Sign-on kits usually ship within 4 business days.

Methods: First Class, Priority, UPS Ground – UPS Ground delivery is based on zone and we ship from Ohio.

Where can I find your current specials?
You can contact you Brand Ambassador or simply go to the website and click on the cart. Even when empty, the cart will tell you what you need to add to take advantage of the current specials.
