Tula Xii’s Fast Track Program for new Ambassadors continues to be one of our fullest incentive programs yet! We know how important launching strong is to one’s business and we want to reward our new Ambassadors for their hard work and hustle from day one!

Earn all 4 period and get a FAST TRACK SHOE PIN!

Each period you can earn product credits based on your submitted PV.

Product credits are sky wallet credit in your back office. Not redeemable for cash. Each period is earned individually. No rollovers. You can earn period 2 if you didn’t earn period 1, however, to earn period 3 you must have earned period 2 and to earn period 4 you must have earned period 3.

*Max product credit in Period 1 and 2 are each $200, in Period 3 is $300, and Period 4 is $400.

How do get my rewards?

Month 1 & 2  are automatic and done by the system. Months 3 & 4 are calculated by home office once a week and then deposits are made to your product credits.

Where do I find my trackers?

When you log in to your back office there is a block that says “Incentives Dashboard” – Click on this to see your incentives. To get the dates you are currently in click on one of the Period Headers and a new screen will open with those dates.

Incentive trackers for 3 & 4 are there for your use, however, they are rewarded based on earnings allowed as noted above.

Sales are the heartbeat of this business and we want to reward you for your consistency! Receive recognition AND a GEM pin when you sell at one of the levels for three consecutive months.

Club Gold

Submit $500 in PV for 3 consecutive months

Club Diamond

Submit $2000 in PV for 3 consecutive months

Gem Club starts immediately when you join!

Pins are sent out each month once calculations are complete.

Pins are each earned one time.

Ex. If you sell $250 in month 1, $2000 in month 2, $2000 in month 3, $2000 in month 4 – You would receive a Club Silver recognition and silver pin after 3rd month and a Club Diamond recognition as well as gold, sapphire, and diamond pins after 4th month.

Our GEM PLUS gives you the opportunity to earn even more! Consistency in your monthly PV is the key. When you hit the following monthly PV requirements for six consecutive months you will earn the following rewards! 

Gold Plus

Submit $500 in PV for 6 consecutive months – earn $50 Product Credit

Sapphire Plus

Submit $1000 in PV for 6 consecutive months – earn $100 Product Credit

Diamond Plus

Submit $2000 in PV for 6 consecutive months – earn $200 Product Credit

Gem Plus starts immediately when you join!

Rewarded once only every 6 months.

Product Credit added to Sky Wallet in back office when recognition is done.

Earn your spot on Tula Xii’s Design Council by selling 10,000 PV in one half of the year or being a Brand Director or above to qualify for the following six-month term. The qualifying period is based on the calendar year (either January-June or July-December).

If you earn July-December you will be invited in January for a term of January-June.*

If you earn January-June you will be invited in July for a term of July-December.*

You must stay active in the business each month ($250 PV) in order to remain in Design Council for your term.

We’ve reimagined our leadership rewards so that you can level up your income. We want to reward you for growing and coaching your community of Ambassadors. Earn rewards this year for not only achieving new titles, but also maintaining your title for three months in a row!

*Rewards are earned for 1st time achievement only for each title. Spirit of Leadership can be earned when the title is hit 3 months in a row at any point in the year (one time). For example: Promote to Brand Leader in January. If Leader does not hit Brand Leader in February, but hits Brand Leader in March, April and May – Leader earns Spirit of Leadership Reward for Brand Leader.

 If you earn a higher title within the year 3 months in a row we will adjust to the higher rewards. For example: February, March, April you hit Brand Leader then May, June, July you hit Brand Director. We will award you the additional $100 difference.
